I have nothing but praise for Laura and her careful, friendly, fantastic service I received. After suffering with my ears for several months I heard about Crystal Clear Ear Care Ltd, and I can honestly say it's one of the best thing I've done. My hearing is now so clear, I didn't think it was possible. Laura is the most professional and lovely person, I was apprehensive going to the appointment but I was instantly recognised, welcomed and made comfortable. I was talked through what would happen, how it might feel and every step was made clear for me as to what would happen next. Laura was kind enough to stop my appointment when I felt a little uncomfortable, she recommended the steps I should take should I want to re book to continue with my treatment. I felt in no way obliged to go again if I didn't want to. I followed the advice given, attended my second appointment to complete my treatment. I can hear now better than I have in years! I have nothing but praise for Laura and Crystal Clear Ear Care, so much so I have booked my son in for the next available date. Thank you so much Laura. You are amazing.

My husband has been experiencing hearing difficulties for several years, and his condition has progressively worsened over time. I scheduled an appointment with Laura, an audiologist, and she kindly accommodated our schedule. During the initial consultation, she meticulously explained the treatment procedure and ensured that my husband was comfortable and fully informed before proceeding. Laura came to our house to treat our 3year old who was struggling with hearing loss. Laura came to treat my 8 yr old. Laura immediately put my daughter at ease, talked her through the procedure and reassured her throughout. The procedure was painless and the results are great. My daughter spent the rest of the day marvelling at how she could now hear everything. Professional service delivered by an experienced nurse, with a lovely warm and calming manner.
